GAMBARAN ACADEMIC HARDINESS PADA MAHASISWA PROGRAM STUDI PROFESI DOKTER UNIVERSITAS PADJADJARAN

Mahasiswa program studi Profesi Dokter Universitas Padjadjaran mempunyai tuntutan akademik yang tinggi seperti jadwal padat, ekspektasi lingkungan sekitar, materi ajar banyak, pemberlakuan SOP, kerja tim, perbedaan karakteristik dokter supervisor, hingga pertemanan dinamis. Hal-hal tersebut perlu dikelola agar mahasiswa dapat memberikan performa optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat gambaran academic hardiness pada menggunakan Revised Academic Hardiness Scale (RAHS). merupakan deskriptif dengan populasi penelitiannya adalah Padjadjaran. Teknik random sampling digunakan memilih partisipan sesuai kriteria, dan didapatkan 86 menjalani masa klinik di rumah sakit. Pengambilan data dilakukan secara daring platform kuesioner bulan November–Desember 2021. Berdasarkan uji statistik deskriptif, 74.4% memiliki tingkat (M = 78.98, SD 8.767) skor rerata commitment, challenge, control pula. Hal menunjukkan bahwa mempersepsikan sebagai suatu tantangan dijadikan pengembangan diri melalui upaya pengelolaan perilaku selama klinik, regulasi emosi, keterlibatan personal tugas dimilikinya.
